Adam has been in the commercial real estate business for twenty years. He started his career in
New York City at Telecom Real Estate Services and Peters Real Estate in 1998, serving both
tenants and landlords. There, he acted as the exclusive leasing agent for 665 Broadway, New
York, NY. Clients included Broadway Mercer Associates, AT&T, Sprint PCS, 360 Networks
Corporation and Broadwing Communications.
PROFILE
In 2003, he joined Polimeni International, a multi-national real estate development and
management firm, as the company’s exclusive leasing agent for more than 2.5 Million sq. ft.
While at Polimeni, Adam closed more than 100 transactions, adding value to the company’s
portfolio in excess of $100,000,000.
He is co-founder of vacanthomes.com, a zombie home solutions provider, and partner at Anchor
Equities, LLC, a distressed real estate investment company based in Garden City, NY.
Adam draws from a family history of commercial real estate and construction dating back nearly a century. His grandfather joined Cushman and Wakefield in 1929 and spent his entire career with the firm rising to Chairman and CEO. His father was a principal at Nico Construction Company, an international firm that, among other projects, completed the retrofit and renovation of The Chrysler Building.
