Joseph Fugallo IV is the Director of Design for Ajustco and the co-inventor of the Anchor Thread embedded anchoring system. With an affinity for innovation and product design, Joseph strives to create impactful inventions of supreme quality and ergonomics. Previous to working for Ajustco, he worked for Panavision New York filming movies and television shows. During his time with Panavision, he worked on such productions as Joker (2019), The Many Saints of Newark (2020), Blue Bloods, The Black List, Law and Order SVU and Gotham to name a few. While with Panavision, he developed his skills as a cad designer to precisely fabricate custom parts and assemblies for the motion picture camera equipment that he worked with. He and his father teamed up and created the Anchor Thread embedded anchoring system. While working closely with Ajustco to bring this product to market, both Joseph and his father were hired to design and prototype products for Ajustco.
